Option A – Ballroom Ceremony Classic
Our most streamlined ceremony option takes place right in the Maple Ballroom, allowing couples to make the most of the same beautiful space used for their reception. In this setup, the ceremony is held on the dance floor, with VIP seating available there if needed, while the remaining guests stay seated at their reception tables. This is a practical and cost-conscious choice that still creates a meaningful ceremony experience without requiring a room change.

Option B – Ballroom Ceremony Enhanced
This option also takes place in the Maple Ballroom, but offers a more traditional ceremony-style layout. An aisle is created through the center of the ballroom, and guests are seated together on the dance floor for the ceremony itself. This approach gives couples the feeling of a more classic ceremony setup while still enjoying the convenience of using the same room for both ceremony and reception.

For the Maple Ballroom options, guests can move smoothly from ceremony to cocktail hour with very little downtime. As soon as the ceremony concludes, the bar opens, appetizers are served, and our staff quickly clears the ceremony chairs from the dance floor so the room can transition seamlessly into the reception.
Option C – Chestnut Room Ceremony
For couples seeking a completely separate ceremony space, the Chestnut Room offers a distinct setting apart from the reception in the Maple Ballroom. This option provides an experience that feels more like a traditional chapel or church-style wedding, with a dedicated ceremony location and a natural transition time of up to an hour before the reception begins. It is ideal for couples who want the ceremony and reception to feel like two separate parts of the celebration.

For couples selecting the Chestnut Room for their ceremony, guests may enjoy an intimate post-ceremony cocktail hour in the rear of the room, with beverage and food service available. Couples may also choose to have guests proceed directly to the Maple Ballroom for the reception immediately following the ceremony. As the Chestnut Room and Maple Ballroom are not connected by an interior passageway, guests would transition by exiting the Chestnut Room and entering the Maple Ballroom through the main front entrance. This arrangement still offers a graceful flow to the celebration while allowing couples to enjoy the charm of a separate ceremony setting.
